Our stay at Symphony Suites Pattaya was exceptional. The accommodation itself was fantastic, with excellent rooms that had well-thought-out amenities. The hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, sauna, steam room. We were also impressed with the free shuttle service provided by the hotel, which made getting around convenient. The location, although a bit remote, was close to the Jomtien night market, which offered cheap massages and a variety of food options. our experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations and fulfilled all our needs. the private facilities were exquisite and added to the overall sophisticated atmosphere. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were divine, and the service was impeccable.

The only minor issue was the location. Although the hotel provided a shuttle service, it was not adequate, and the hotel's distance from the primary tourist attractions was inconvenient.

Great amenities like a gym, sauna, and pool. Convenient location near a night market. the room was well-designed and equipped.

Some staff members had poor English skills that made communication difficult at times. the shuttle service wasn't reliable enough to accommodate guests' transportation needs.

The facilities were fantastic with a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we had a great city break. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the night market and plenty of food options nearby.

Although the pool was great, it could have been better maintained and cleaned. , some of the staff had limited English skills, which led to a few misunderstandings during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a huge outdoor swimming pool and plenty of greens around. The management is excellent and the staff took great care of us, especially Mr JAMORN KH who ensured that the buffet breakfast was to our liking. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We had access to swimming pools throughout our stay and enjoyed the shuttle service to Jomtien beach, from where we could explore the town with ease.

Cannot find any fault with our stay.

Located in a secluded area, the hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya city, making it perfect for those who want a peaceful stay. Though it's not close to the beach, the hotel's massive outdoor swimming pool with its Venice-based concept, and the greenery around it more than makes up for it.

The staff's inexperience seems to have affected the quality of the restaurant, which is not on par with what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
